Artist's Comments

Okay so I lied when I said I wouldn't be making fractals for a while. It's hard to stop doing something you love.

Update 5-1-05:
I'd like to thank lolly for choosing this as a Daily Deviation. It was totally unexpected especially after submitting it over two years ago! I'm pleased you all enjoy it so much and I thank you for all the wonderful things you've said.

Daily Deviation

Given 2005-05-01

Rarely does an artist create a fractal work that evokes such a sense of depth and texture that it leaves you thinking it may be a photograph from some alien world or undiscovered part of Earth. But that just makes the title Evolution - all the more apt. Nicholas Rougeux consistently raises the bar in this genre. (Featured by lolly)

nice work again creativ.

the fractals in the piece are nicely done, and the piece has a nice flow to it.
The title fits it perfectly imo.
